Key responsibilities

• Lead and improve day-to-day store operations
• Drive consistency in operational standards, processes, and service delivery
• Use KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and support store leadership
• Manage operational budgets, suppliers, and compliance with UK retail regulations
• Store-based position with active floor presence

About you

• Proven experience in a Retail Operations role
• Multisite retail background (luxury experience preferred)
• Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, detail-driven, and commercially focused
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced retail environment
