We are recruiting for an experienced RF Engineer to take a lead position within our growing development team. Projects will involve leading on RF design and delivery of RF subsystems, requiring a combination of deep RF expertise and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead RF design and delivery of RF subsystems within development projects.
- Apply deep RF expertise to design communication technology solutions.
- Mentor and lead a team, communicating clearly and delegating effectively.
- Utilize RF simulation and design tools and apply RF theory to projects.
- Use RF test equipment and methodologies to validate designs.
Qualifications
- Degree in electronics or a related field, with significant commercial project experience in RF design for communication technologies.
- Demonstrable expertise in RF simulation and design tools, backed with a strong understanding of RF theory and application.
- Hands‑on experience with RF test equipment and methodologies.
- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills with excellent communication abilities.
Work location: Cambridge (onsite). Flexible and occasional home working possible when projects allow. Extensive compensation package including flexible benefits plan.
