Security Officer – Join Our Team

We are seeking a reliable, proactive Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment. This role suits someone who is observant, calm under pressure, and takes pride in protecting people and property.

Must hold a valid SIA license.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises to ensure safety and security
• Maintain a visible presence and enforce security procedures
• Monitor CCTV and alarms, responding to incidents as needed
• Investigate and report suspicious activity
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, including medical situations and fire alarms
• Provide a professional and helpful service to staff and visitors

Experience

• Previous security experience preferred but not essential
• Basic first aid knowledge is an advantage
• Familiarity with CCTV and security systems

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
