Main Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Finance & Admin to develop long-term HR strategies and succession plans.
- Manage recruitment for Singapore and overseas locations, including Malaysia.
- Lead traineeship programs, including coordinating training schedules and designing career pathways.
- Draft and refine corporate policies regarding recruitment, performance, and compensation.
- Conduct audits to ensure all practices align with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor HR policy implementation across all group subsidiaries.
- Oversee group data collation for head office reporting and spearhead new initiatives like HR digitization.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and labor laws.
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a shifting environment.
