Our client, a national UK law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate (2+ years’ PQE) to join its Birmingham team as part of its continued growth.

The Role
You will join a dynamic corporate team advising a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger national organisations.
The role will involve a broad mix of corporate work, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Management buyouts and buy-ins
- Corporate restructures
- Shareholder agreements and general advisory matters
- Joint ventures and investments
You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to high-quality transactions while also taking on increasing responsibility for your own matters.
The Candidate
- Be a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law
- Have experience from a reputable regional or national firm
- Possess strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Be confident working with clients and building relationships
- Be motivated to contribute to the continued growth of the team
