About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager who can confidently run client relationships while keeping work moving at pace internally.

This role sits at the centre of everything. You’ll be the link between clients, creatives and strategists, ensuring ideas land well, projects run smoothly, and output stays sharp.

You should be organised, commercially aware, and understand what good social looks like.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing day to day relationships with clients
  • Leading calls, updates and presentations with confidence
  • Briefing creative and strategy teams clearly and efficiently
  • Keeping projects on track across multiple accounts
  • Ensuring content is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Managing feedback loops between client and internal teams
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase scope
  • Supporting on campaign rollouts and always on content
  • Working closely with paid, strategy and creative teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years experience in an agency or social role
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats
  • Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects without losing quality
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of account growth
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast moving environment
