Manufacturing Team Leader

£37200 per annum

Full-time | 40 hours | Double Days – 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm rotating Monday – Friday

V3 Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing business in Portsmouth to recruit a Manufacturing Team Leader to join their growing team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on driving performance, improving processes, and leading from the front.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and motivating a production team to hit daily targets
• Ensuring high quality standards and resolving issues quickly
• Managing attendance, performance, and team development
• Driving efficiency using lean manufacturing techniques
• Communicating KPIs and ensuring team engagement
• Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams

What we’re looking for:

• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and production processes
• A proactive, hands‑on leader with a can‑do attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience (desirable)
