I am looking to speak with Production Managers/Manufacturing Managers seeking a new position in food.
We are currently working with a well‑renowned food business who are looking for a Production Manager to join the team, on a Mon‑Fri shift.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving Production from a senior management level and will maintain shop‑floor presence and leadership. Your responsibilities include driving Health and Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency, people management/development, Operations Performance and Continuous Improvement.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should have experience and a background in a fast‑paced/high‑volume food environment, such as High Risk or Bakery. You need a track record of driving continuous improvement and process enhancements and a passion for people development and succession planning. The business values a progressive culture.
