HSE advisor

Bilfinger UK are looking for an HSE Advisor to join us at DSM in Ayrshire.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Fixed term until September 2026
• 38 hours a week with overtime opportunities available
• NEBOSH minimum
• Review and process weekly and Monthly HSSE performance reports, monitor trends and provide feedback to support project needs
• Attend weekly HSE coordination meetings, review progress and address HSE matters
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders site compliance
• Monitor construction compliance, permit conditions, HSE plans and RAMS, report deviations to Site Management team
• Conduct and record weekly inspections with the client and track closure of resulting actions
• Populate and assist in delivering toolbox talks and follow up actions
