Senior Product Manager | £55,000 – £62,000 | Remote/Bedford | EdTech
Join a growing EdTech company creating engaging, game-based learning products used by millions of children worldwide. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our core platforms and shape new experiences that make learning maths more accessible and enjoyable.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product features from concept through to release
- Translate product ideas and user needs into clear, well-scoped requirements and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, engaging product experiences
- Take ownership of timelines, scope, and delivery across multiple initiatives
- Run product rituals (kick-offs, planning, retrospectives, testing, refinement sessions)
- Work directly with users (teachers, students, parents) to gather insights and identify opportunities
- Support roadmap planning and prioritisation alongside senior leadership
- Help coordinate feature launches and internal communication across teams
- Maintain clear product documentation and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Continuously improve team processes in a low-process, pragmatic environment
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in product management (digital or SaaS products)
- Experience working closely with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality products
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a low-process, fast-moving environment where you bring structure and clarity
- User-focused mindset with strong curiosity and problem-solving ability
- Experience contributing to product planning, prioritisation, and delivery
- Interest in education and improving learning outcomes for children
Nice to Have
- Experience in EdTech or game-based products
- Experience in a start-up or similar environment
- Exposure to user research, usability testing, or data-informed decision making
- Experience supporting, mentoring, or collaborating closely within small product teams
Tech & Tools
- Agile workflows, tools such as Asana/Jira (or similar)
- Collaboration tools (e.g. Slack)
- Analytics tools
- User research methods
- Testing and feedback loops
