Event Production Manager

A global creative agency is hiring a Senior Production Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact campaigns across experiential, content and brand activations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance creative ambition with operational delivery, overseeing multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are tightly managed.

London (Liverpool Street) – 3 days per week onsite

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the production and delivery of integrated campaigns from concept through to execution
• Manage multiple workstreams across experiential, content and brand activations
• Oversee project timelines, budgets and resource planning
• Manage external suppliers, partners and production teams
• Ensure all deliverables meet high creative and production standards
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Collaborate closely with client services, creative and strategy teams
• Support and guide junior team members where required

What you’ll need

• Experience delivering production across creative campaigns, events or brand activations
• Strong understanding of integrated production processes across digital and physical outputs
• Experience working within a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident managing suppliers, budgets and timelines
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
