Night Production Manager

Overview

Job Title: Nights Production Manager

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Shift: Nights – Monday to Thursday

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + up to 25% annual bonus

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all production activities during the night shift
• Ensure production targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to maintain high performance standards
• Monitor quality, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow
• Manage staffing levels, training, and performance on shift

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Good understanding of health & safety and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
