Our Product Managers
- Own the full lifecycle of key products – from strategy and roadmap through to execution
- Lead innovation and regularly evaluate and deliver new, novel ideas
- Deeply empathise with customers and partners, representing their needs within squads
As a Product Manager at Open, you’ll have the autonomy to drive outsized impact and help shape the future of our sales and growth engine in the UK, while working closely with a globally connected product team.
What you’ll do
We’re looking for a tenacious, ambitious Product Manager excited to transform Open’s sales experience and unlock our next phase of UK growth.
You’ll do this by
- Developing a deep understanding of the needs of UK partners and their customers, alongside the commercial models that make those partnerships work
- Owning and evolving a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives and more transformational product enhancements, working from quarterly goals through to day‑to‑day delivery
- Partnering closely with Growth and Commercial teams to identify opportunities across the UK market
- Leading story elaboration with designers and senior engineers, balancing feasibility, desirability and impact
- Ensuring the platform operates within relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
- Obsessing over product analytics that measure impact and inform direction
You will report directly to Open’s Principal Product Manager.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in digital, data or transformation roles within a product‑led scale‑up or top‑tier consultancy
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience working closely with designers, engineers and data specialists
- A strong track record of defining product strategy and delivering outcomes at pace
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Experience developing and using product analytics to guide decisions
This role is less likely to be for you if
- You are uncomfortable with ambiguity and navigating different stakeholder needs when setting a product strategy and roadmap
- You are not curious about personally building new solutions and experiences
This role will be hybrid, with 3+ days a week in London at our Marylebone office.
What we offer
- Highly competitive compensation, including share options – we believe in paying people what they’re worth and sharing success across the company
- High levels of autonomy and trust, so you can do your best work
- Clear growth opportunities, with scope to evolve your role as you grow
- Flexible working, with a focus on impact rather than time at your desk – including the ability to work remotely
- Paid company parental leave, supporting all parents as they balance career and family
- Bonus leave during our annual office shutdown (on top of annual leave)
- An annual professional development allowance, which can be used for coaching, courses, or industry conferences
Open is a certified B Corporation and an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive, high‑performing team.
