A growing Super Prime Residential contractor in London are looking to bring in a Technical Services Manager / MEP Manager.

This is a brand new role for the business – and that’s exactly why it’s interesting.

The Role

• Overseeing MEP packages across multiple live projects
• Package values typically £1-3m+
• Working on seriously high-end luxury residential schemes
• Getting into the detail where it actually matters
• Ensuring everything works seamlessly, not just on paper

What You’ll Need

• Strong understanding of both mechanical & electrical packages

• Ability to manage complexity and coordinate high-spec systems

• Salary up to £95,000 + Package
