Job Description:

An opportunity exists to join the London Corporate Team in an office‑based customer‑supporting role. We require someone who can offer excellent customer service skills, who prides themselves on building and maintaining strong working relationships with our customers. Strong communication and administrative skills are essential, along with a high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with our FN50 Lease Company partners to provide a high level of customer service
  • Day‑to‑day management of new orders, including ordering vehicle with the OEM, Delivery Offering, Delivery Booking, CSI, Delivery Reconciliation and Customer Demonstration Requests
  • Working closely with our OEM partners to ensure we give the best service for our customers
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge to answer customer queries
  • Using a one‑team approach, as teamwork plays a huge part in the Corporate Team
  • Prioritising, managing own time and working to deadlines

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience with an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; fleet and motor industry experience isn’t necessary. We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and can thrive in a busy and highly pressurised environment.

The ideal candidate will be extremely organised with effective time management, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction is of great importance to be successful in this role.
