Customer Development Executive – Carlsberg Britvic. Location: Bristol & Surrounding areas (Ideal postcode BS1).

Permanent, Full time – 40 hours per week. Salary: £30,000 basic + 20% Bonus.

In this role, you will help grow Carlsberg Britvic market share within your defined territory. You will drive sales of our portfolio by maximising brand availability and visibility in Symbol and Independent stores, as part of a successful team.

What You’ll Do

Working with a Regional Sales Manager, you will sell our Soft Drinks and Beers portfolio, make face‑to‑face contact with Convenience retailers (Symbol & Independent), establish and retain new business opportunities, and deliver a territory business plan focused on maximising sales opportunities. This role also involves:

  • Partnering with customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience stores, understanding retailer needs and local consumers, and executing solutions.
  • Adopting a full category-based selling approach to grow and develop every outlet for the benefit of the retail outlet and Carlsberg Britvic.
  • Creating a winning territory business plan and taking a business development approach to grow sales and market share.
  • Using data and evidence-based retailer successes to drive best practice in your territory, region, and across the team.
  • Developing a growth mindset and adaptable approach to tackle challenges and win over stores.

  • Strong and resilient with the energy and pace to act quickly.
  • Team player who participates proactively.
  • Full valid UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK; reside within a 60‑minute commute from the role location are essential.

What We Offer

  • A starting salary of £30,000 with a 20% quarterly bonus on targets.
