Grantham, Full time, PermanentOur Client is seeking a full time, permanent Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their established and growing business. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting a busy sales team. Assisting the sales team with preparing proposals and quotes. Updating and maintaining CRM records. Assisting with event logistics both in the UK and overseas. Assisting with planning and delivering marketing campaigns (email, social media and events). Creating and scheduling content for social media. Supporting with website updates and content creation. Helping organise marketing materials such as brochures, case studies and events. The ideal Sales & Marketing Assistant will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing tools).
