We are searching for an Executive Chef to work directly alongside one of the UK’s most exciting multi-Michelin-starred chefs.
This is for a chef with strong classical foundations in European kitchens who wants real exposure to a new cuisine that will stretch their thinking and sharpen their craft.

The role
A senior hands-on leadership role with real influence in an open-plan kitchen.
You will:
- Work side by side with the Chef patron to deliver his vision every service
- Lead from the front on the pass and in prep, visible and composed
- Thrive in an open kitchen environment where standards and energy are on show
- Train and develop a high-calibre brigade
- Shape menus with respect for technique and ingredients
- Own standards across mise en place, stock, costs, and food safety
