Responsibilities

• Lead by example and take calls to drive customer sales outcomes in a busy call centre handling outgoing and incoming calls.
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve increased productivity and improved results.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Proven sales success and a competitive nature.
• Previous call centre supervisory experience (essential).
• Highly self-motivated, ambitious, target-driven, self-managed and flexible, with an excellent telephone manner and strong team-leading skills.
