Support Assistant (Days) – Part Time & Full Time £13.68 per hour | North Lisburn Staffline Recruitment Ireland is currently recruiting Support Assistants (Days) for a supported living service based in the North Lisburn area. This is an excellent opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs within a person-centred, supported living environment. The Role As a Support Assistant, you will: Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care where required Support individuals to access activities and community inclusion Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies Work as part of a dedicated team delivering 24-hour support Contracts Available: 24-hour & 36-hour Working Pattern: 7-day rota, including unsociable hours and public holidays Essential Criteria Minimum 6 months caring experience (paid or personal) Good verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of learning disabilities Understanding of behaviours that challenge Flexible approach to working hours What’s On Offer £13.68 per hour 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata (increases with service) Paid breaks Enhanced bank holiday pay Paid NISCC registration fees Paid training & QCF Level 3 opportunities Pension scheme & occupational sick pay Employee Assistance Programme (24/7 GP access) Cycle to Work Scheme Free tea & coffee on shift Pre-Employment Checks ?
