The Role
The firm is seeking an Insolvency Litigator Partner to join their expanding West End team.
The role will involve:
- Contentious insolvency matters acting for office-holders
- Fraud and asset recovery claims
- Director duties, disqualification and shareholder disputes
- Enforcement of security and debt recovery
- Advising lenders, landlords and corporates on recovery strategies
- Complex, and often multi-jurisdictional disputes

- You will be an Insolvency Litigator Partner
- Experience advising insolvency practitioners, lenders or corporate clients
