About the Role
The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing mechanical HVAC projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the required standard. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong coordination skills and a solid technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing mechanical HVAC projects through all project phases
- Planning and coordinating project timelines and resources
- Working closely with clients, engineers, and site teams
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any delays or issues
- Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Attending site meetings and reporting on progress
- Managing project documentation and communication
Qualifications
The Mechanical Project Manager should have strong experience delivering mechanical or HVAC projects and be confident coordinating multiple stakeholders. A good understanding of building services systems and project delivery processes is essential.
