An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join a highly regarded Residential Property team at a leading regional law firm.

The Team

The Residential Property team is known for advising on a broad range of high-value and complex transactions. Work often includes:

  • Prime and high-net-worth residential matters
  • Complex financial arrangements
  • Listed buildings and rural land transactions
  • Time-sensitive and technically challenging deals

The Role

As an Associate, you will:

  • Manage your own caseload of high-value residential property transactions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team
  • Support and engage in business development and networking initiatives
  • Play a key role in maintaining the team’s reputation for excellence

This role offers a clear pathway for progression, with structured support towards Senior Associate level.
