We are seeking an exceptional critical care professional to provide dedicated, 1:1 care for an esteemed 80-year-old VIP aboard a magnificent private superyacht. This role demands clinical perfection while offering an unparalleled lifestyle. You will safeguard our principal’s health as the vessel explores a brand-new, sun-drenched Mediterranean itinerary—anchoring by the historic coastlines of Sicily, the tranquil, pristine bays of Menorca, and the exclusive marinas of Cyprus.

The Team In the ultra-high-net-worth sector, you are never without world-class support. You will be an integral part of a bespoke medical entourage. Your daily clinical environment is directed by a resident Lead British Doctor, working in seamless collaboration with onboard Physiotherapists and an elite, Western-trained nursing team.

The Safety Elite healthcare requires a fully rested, highly focused team. To guarantee gold-standard care for our VIP and completely protect our nursing staff from fatigue, we operate a strict, non-negotiable double-nurse shift system. This ensures a continuous blanket of safety while allowing you to perform at your absolute peak.

Requirements

Clinical & Professional Requirements

  • Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is an absolute requirement.
  • Experience: 4+ years of recent, high-intensity clinical practice strictly within ICU, ER, or A&E environments.
  • Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English fluency, paired with the supreme emotional intelligence and discretion required in private VIP care.
