Contracts Manager – West London Base

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing and dynamic operations team delivering high-rise residential fit-out projects across the South East.
This role is ideally suited to someone based in or around West London who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident taking full responsibility for project delivery from initial planning through to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site installations, ensuring high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction
- Drive and maintain Health & Safety compliance across multiple live projects
- Manage labour allocation to meet demanding programme deadlines
- Ensure quality control standards are consistently achieved
- Coordinate and schedule installation teams using internal systems
- Manage snagging processes and oversee project close-out
- Ensure all site personnel hold the relevant certifications (e.g. CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS)
About You
- Proven experience within kitchen installations (or similar fit-out environments)
- Strong communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Competent in the use of IT systems for planning and scheduling
- Professional and presentable at all times
- Full UK driving licence essential
