Hours: Monday – Friday 7am-5pm, Alternate Saturdays 7am-4pm

Purpose of the role

A driven Plumbing & Heating Branch Manager is required to lead performance and grow sales at a busy Tottenham branch. This role is all about taking ownership, driving results, leading a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with trade customers. Responsibility includes overseeing day-to-day operations while identifying new opportunities to grow the business and maximise branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and become their trusted partner for plumbing and heating solutions
• Grow the business through new business development and by maximising opportunities with existing customers
• Take full ownership of Plumbing & Heating performance, including sales, service, safety, and standards
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve excellent results
• Drive sales performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved and exceeded

Requirements

• Proven experience growing a customer base and delivering against sales and profit targets
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, delegate, and empower others
• A proven track record of developing teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• A proactive, self‑driven attitude with a strong desire for continuous improvement
• The ability to build strong, positive relationships with colleagues and customers
• Excellent communication skills, with solid plumbing & heating product knowledge
