We’re looking for a commercially focused Group Financial Controller who will operate as a true business partner to senior leadership, combining financial control with cashflow ownership, stakeholder engagement, and performance insight. You’ll be at the heart of decision-making providing challenge, guidance, and clarity across the business, ensuring finance is driving outcomes, not just reporting numbers. Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders across multiple business units (large part of role) * Ownership of forecasting across multiple business trading brands and delivery to senior stakeholders (F,P&A) * Oversight of the delivery of the monthly management accounts with clear, actionable insight * Provide commercial challenge and support, influencing strategic and operational decisions * Translate financial data into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders * Identify risks and opportunities, driving proactive decision making * Maintain robust financial controls, governance, and reporting standards * Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) * Proven experience in a commercial finance / business partnering role (not just pure reporting) * Background within financial services or a regulated environment is advantageous…
