The Role
- Supporting planning applications from initial research through to submission
- Undertaking planning policy research and development appraisals
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and internal teams
- Assisting with planning statements and reports
- Working closely with architectural teams on integrated projects
- Office-based in Reigate with hybrid working after probation
The Person
- Degree qualified in related discipline
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Eager to learn and develop within planning
- Professional, proactive, and team‑oriented
- Interested in pursuing RTPI accreditation
- Commutable distance to Reigate
