A market-leading commercial litigation team in the North West is continuing its expansion and is seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its Manchester office.
Working closely with a highly regarded Partner, you will advise a diverse client base including household-name corporates, international organisations, high-growth businesses and established national brands.
Mix of commercial litigation work – both private and public sector
You will handle a broad range of complex, high-value and business-critical disputes, including:
- Breach of contract, warranty and indemnity claims
- Director, shareholder and partnership disputes
- Procurement litigation and supply chain issues
- High-value professional indemnity matters
- Technology and fintech-related disputes
The role offers significant responsibility, regular client contact and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
Experienced candidates wanted
