About you:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 8+ years post‑qualification experience

- Robust experience in financial reporting, controls, and process improvement
- Strong leadership capabilities, with expertise in developing high‑performing teams
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data for diverse audiences
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate management and statutory financial reports
- Provide strategic financial advice and insights to support major business decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital to optimise liquidity
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and tax requirements
