Criminal Lawyer, NQ+, Leeds, To c£35,000 DOE – Centrally based Leeds firm is seeking a recently qualified Solicitor or experienced paralegal to join its specialist Criminal Defence team.

THE ROLE

• Take on a specialist area of criminal defence matters under the supervision of a senior colleague.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the team through various business development initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE

• Newly Qualified Solicitor or experienced Paralegal with a solid background and interest in criminal law.
• Strong understanding of criminal procedure and confidence in managing own workload with appropriate supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, a professional and proactive approach, and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Highly organised, able to work effectively in a fast paced environment, and motivated to develop your career within private criminal defence.
