HR Advisor, £37,000 Per Annum, Lancashire

Macmillan Davies is excited to be working with a leading business in the industrial sector who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. This role will function to provide end to end HR support across the business.

About the role:

• Manage employee relations cases providing advice in line with UK employment law.
• Lead investigations, hearings, and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with managers and developing capability in handling people issues.
• Support absence management by monitoring trends as well as using HR data to identify risks and improvements.
• Support recruitment including shortlisting, interview coordination and onboarding duties.
• Being the first point of contact for all HR queries and escalating where required.
• Deliver HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle ensuring accurate records and systems.
• Maintain compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.

About You:

• Strong HR generalist with ER focus and confident managing ER cases
• Influences and supports managers
• Solid UK employment law knowledge
• Organised and able to prioritise
• Uses data to inform decisions
• Strong communicator.
