We’re partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-led consumer brand in the beauty space, looking to hire an imaginative Creative Design Manager to lead and elevate their visual identity across all touchpoints.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining art direction, team management, and creative strategy. Ideal for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life while scaling high-quality output across digital, retail, packaging, and campaigns.
You’ll take ownership of the full creative pipeline; leading an in-house team, shaping brand direction, and delivering compelling visual storytelling that connects with consumers. From campaign concepts to execution, you’ll ensure everything is consistent, impactful, and on-brand.
Responsibilities:
• Leading and inspiring an in-house design team
• Translating briefs into standout creative concepts
• Owning brand consistency across all channels
• Managing end-to-end creative workflows and project delivery
• Collaborating closely with marketing and key stakeholders
• Driving innovation, including integrating AI tools
• Overseeing photoshoots, video, and content production
