Legal Analyst : Primaries & Secondaries Funds Transaction Execution with a leading Global Private Funds Manager

This role is in the investment structuring team responsible for closing all primary and co-investments . Coordinating all aspects of Transaction Execution working closely with the investment, operations and broader legal / compliance teams

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with a focus on primary and co-investment transactions
• Oversee external providers completing NDAs and AML/KYC checks
• Set up SPVs and devise checklists

Candidate Profile

• Legal background as a Paralegal or Legal Associate within Private Funds or a law firm
• Financial Services Private Funds Experience
• Private Markets Primary and Secondaries experience
• Transaction Management
