Flackwell Heath Golf Club is entering an exciting new phase, and we are seeking an ambitious General Manager to help shape the Club’s future.
Reporting to the Chair of the Board, you will lead day-to-day operations, grow membership and revenue, and deliver an outstanding experience for members and visitors. This is a high-impact leadership role with real opportunity to influence long-term strategy and leave a lasting legacy.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive membership growth and retention
• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Deliver revenue growth and cost control
• Oversee club operations, facilities and third-party providers
• Ensure strong financial governance and reporting
• Champion excellent member experience and communication
• Contribute to the Club’s long-term strategy
About You
• Proven senior leadership experience
• Commercially minded with strong financial awareness
• Skilled at building teams and improving performance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, sport or membership organisations beneficial
