About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically curious Platform Support Engineer to join our operations team. This entry-level role focuses on supporting internal and customer-facing platforms, ensuring system stability, and resolving technical issues efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern platforms, infrastructure, and support processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor platform performance, alerts, and system health
  • Provide first-line technical support for platform-related issues
  • Troubleshoot incidents and service disruptions, escalating when necessary
  • Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of platform components
  • Support user access, permissions, and environment setup
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve bugs and improve system reliability
  • Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure adherence to operational, security, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge)
  • 0–1 year of experience in IT support, technical support, or platform operations (internships included)
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows)
  • Familiarity with web applications, APIs, and basic networking concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer support abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)
  • Exposure to scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps fundamentals
