Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + OTE £80,000 – £90,000

The Role
This is a field-based position focused on driving sustainable growth through new business development and account expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline across multiple sectors
- Identifying, profiling, and developing new client relationships
- Understanding client requirements and delivering tailored fire & security solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Working closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth service execution
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining accurate reporting and activity tracking
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ field sales experience within fire & security
- Strong understanding of technical solutions and ability to present value to clients
- Proven track record in new business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling service, maintenance, or compliance-based contracts
- Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach
- Proven track record in generating recurring revenue
- Understanding of service SLAs and compliance requirements
