You will join the South & Mid Division Facilities team as a temporary/permanent part-time post of 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday or as service requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality administrative support services in a busy office environment.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft applications and databases and use them to support team activities.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in providing administrative support in a busy office environment.
