King’s College London is seeking a Project Manager within its Real Estate Development team.
Responsibilities
Manage the day‑to‑day delivery of assigned capital projects across King’s College London’s estate. Under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Associate Director, oversee scope, programme, cost, risk, and stakeholder engagement from design development through to construction, handover, and post‑occupancy activities. Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with agreed objectives. Maintain project records, support gateway approvals, and ensure accurate reporting throughout the delivery phase.
Qualifications
Proven experience delivering a wide range of construction‑related projects from feasibility to handover, with experience of projects in the £500k to £5m value range. Suitable for those currently in client‑side or consultant project manager roles, or project architect or building surveying roles aspiring to progress into a client‑side project management career.
