MRICS Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

A growing project and cost management consultancy based in Central London is searching for a well‑rounded MRICS Senior Project Manager to join their established team.

The Senior Project Manager will support the delivery of projects across the residential, commercial, industrial, retail and healthcare sectors. The role involves working closely with another Senior Project Manager, two Associate Directors and the assistant project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of current and upcoming projects across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external parties to ensure projects stay on track.
• Collaborating with Assistant and Senior Project Managers to resolve challenges in project lifecycles.
• Offering support towards Assistant and Project Managers.
• Reporting to the senior project manager and associate directors on a weekly basis with project progress updates.
• Reviewing cost regularly with cost consultants to ensure schemes remain within budget.
• Arranging and attending client meetings.
• Ensuring all works are compliant with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working for a UK construction consultancy.
• Experienced delivering construction schemes in commercial office, retail, healthcare, industrial and residential sectors.
• MRICS status or working towards it.
• BSc/MSc in Construction Project Management.
• Comprehensive pre- and post-contract experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
