certified Workday Project Manager

Overview

We are supporting a Workday partner who is looking for an independent, certified Workday Project Manager to lead a phase 1 Workday launch implementation for a medium enterprise client across EMEA.

This is a remote contract engagement, starting ASAP and running through October 1st 2026, with potential for extension. You will work from the implementer side, managing delivery across a phase 1 Workday HCM launch deployment for an EMEA-based client.

Responsibilities

• Focus – Manage a phase 1 Launch Workday HCM implementation from the implementer side for a medium enterprise client based in EMEA
• Project scope – Workday Core HCM, Core Comp, Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Talent, PEX, Absence, Time Tracking, Data Conversion, Integrations
• End date – October 1st 2026, with option to extend
• Rate – up to $128 USD per hour (or equivalent)
• Type – contract, 30 hours per week
• Based in EMEA and able to work EMEA hours
• Immediately available for 30 hours a week

Qualifications

• Active Workday PM certification is required
