Benefits: Discretionary bonus; 25 days holiday; medical insurance; life assurance; pension
Location: Central London – office based five days a week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00

A highly aesthetic, design-led studio working across interior design, art, experiences and products is seeking an exceptional EA with operational oversight to support the principal and ensure the luxury studio runs like a well‑oiled machine to a very high standard.
This is a genuinely broad and varied position, combining high‑level executive assistance with responsibility for the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the studio. It will suit someone who is discreet, highly organised and takes real pride in ensuring things run beautifully behind the scenes. Beyond capability, cultural alignment is essential — the studio’s work is guided by a deep commitment to art, design, aesthetics and luxury experiences, and the right candidate will instinctively understand and respect that environment.
This is a long‑term role for someone who wants to build trust, become embedded in the ethos of the studio and grow with a genuinely exceptional creative business.
Key responsibilities:
- Full EA support to the principal — diary and inbox management, travel coordination, meeting preparation and acting as a calm and reliable gatekeeper.
- The role also involves close liaison with the family’s Personal PA, who works within the same office.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office management, maintain image, reference and sample libraries, and manage relationships with cleaners, IT support and external suppliers.
- IT and systems ownership, including managing external IT providers and maintaining secure, well‑structured digital infrastructure.
- Full ownership of recruitment and people coordination processes from brief through to onboarding, as well as project coordination support — tracking actions and deadlines, supporting presentations and minuting meetings on behalf of the principal.
- Finance and administrative oversight forms the final part of the role, covering invoice management, bookkeeper liaison and expense reporting.
Requirements:
- Extremely organised, discreet and calm under pressure
- Polished, professional and personable with strong client‑facing skills — you will represent the principal in meetings
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable EA or studio operations role
- A genuine appreciation for the luxury world of design and creative environments is essential
