We are hiring! Our Built Environment team is consistently growing across public, private, and third sectors, working on development and regeneration projects. We seek an Associate in Manchester to learn and develop alongside leading lawyers recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers.

What does the role actually involve?

• Provide advice with high technical competence on a broad range of property development matters, delivering exceptional client service.
• Assist senior team members with complex projects and transactions.
• Achieve budgeted hours and fees for the year as a minimum.
• Undertake legal research both as requested and on own initiative.
• Perform any other duties as required, commensurate with the level of the post.
• Actively pursue business development and marketing in the property development sector, including attending networking events.

Successful candidates will have an appetite to learn, develop and thrive in the role.
