A global FMCG organisation based in Stockport are currently recruiting for an Engineering Shift Lead to join their Maintenance Department on a permanent basis.

Work arrangement/Shift

• Hours when on shift are 06:30 – 18:30
• Week 1 – 4 nights and 3 off
• Week 2 – 3 days – 1 off – 3 nights
• Week 3 – 3 off – 4 days
• Week 4 – Week off

Key experience required

• Working on a reactive and preventative basis in a fast paced environment
• Liaising with the EngineeringManager on LEAN / CI implementation practices
• Working knowledge of CMMS is essential
