Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Vice President / Director to join a Fund Solutions Group in London. You will contribute to the origination, structuring and execution of fund financing solutions for Private Capital funds across Western Europe and the Middle East.
Required skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
- Fund Finance experience
- Prior experience in Corporate/ Structured Finance (credit analysis / structuring/ legal documentation) Strong interest in the private equity industry.
