Responsibilities
You will support due diligence processes within Synchronicity Earth, creating and maintaining long‑term relationships with our partners. Our trust‑based approach includes the use of pooled funds for donors to collaborate, reducing the administrative burden on partners for reporting. You will also have an innovative mindset and will enjoy automating system processes to keep our grant‑making pipeline effective, ensuring that funding is channeled efficiently to partners.
Qualifications
Experience supporting organisations or partners on a global scale, along with a proven track record of automating processes and driving operational efficiencies, will be highly valued. Candidates should include this experience in their cover letter as it will be a key factor in short‑listing.

- Second stage interviews (in‑person at our office): 2nd‑4th June
