Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: UK – Remote Work

Key requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within technology companies with a global presence
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including managing requisitions, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Experience hiring for Sales and G&A roles such as Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Technical Support, and Operations roles
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance regulations
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and support talent strategy
