Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and committed mental health professional to join our established team as Project Manager in Bradford. This role will be responsible for the operational management of Hill Top Cottages, our recovery‑based MH supported living service in the area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational management of Hill Top Cottages, ensuring quality service delivery.
• Promote independence and community links for service users, driving them towards less supported accommodation.
• Use positive communication and engagement; demonstrate unconditional positive regard for people we support.
• Apply a person‑centred approach and co‑production with service users, working creatively across multi‑agency teams.
• Write clear assessments, support plans, and guidelines; work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive knowledge of mental health recovery approaches.
• Knowledge of RMN, Social Work, or a management qualification (desirable).
• Supervisory experience essential.
• Experience of evidencing achievements and outcomes for service users desirable.
