Job Description:

Job Description We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and consistently delivers a five-star experience. Working closely with the Facilities Co-Ordinator, you will support workplace operations while ensuring all procedures, standards, and health and safety requirements are met in line with ISS and legal obligations. Key Responsibilities Assist the Facilities Co-Ordinator with room setups, office moves, furniture assembly, and general workplace support Carry out general maintenance tasks, including fabric repairs, small plumbing jobs, and basic electrical tasks Undertake weekly compliance testing, including disabled toilets, fire alarms, and water hygiene checks Collect deliveries, manage storage areas, and rotate stock appropriately Support Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) requirements and report issues promptly Manage the movement and availability of consumables for day-to-day operations Host contractors and support site inductions, ensuring procedures are followed Provide first-line fault identification and basic diagnostics while delivering excellent customer service Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Experience working in a facilities, workplace, or maintenance environment Maintains a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times Strong communication skills with a clear and professional approach Positive, pleasant, and engaging team player with a collaborative mindset Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Knowledge of COSHH regulations and manual handling procedures Fire safety awareness Basic electrical and water hygiene awareness The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
