Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Force Quality Assurer and Assessor in Learning and Development.

Responsibilities

  • To undertake the assessment of learners at Step 4 of the National Police Promotion Framework (NPPF).
  • To be responsible for the assessment, evaluation, quality assurance and internal verification processes within Learning and Development.
  • To develop and maintain effective learning and development evaluation, quality assurance and accreditation systems, practices and procedures to meet national and awarding body requirements.
